AMÉRA HAIR aims to provide quality hair products and a positive shopping experience.

Returns: Change-of-mind cancellations and returns are subject to applicable South African law, including any applicable exceptions. Hair products that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, dyed or altered may not qualify for discretionary returns, where legally permitted.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items: Contact us promptly at amerahairofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.
